ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT (EIA)

In accordance with Environmental Impact Assessment Guideline in Malaysia, Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) can be broadly defined as a study to identify, predict, evaluate, and communicate information about the impacts (both beneficial and adverse) on the environment of a proposed development activity and to detail out the mitigating measures prior to project approval and implementation.

ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT PLAN (EMP)

Environmental Management Plan (EMP) translates the Land Disturbing, Pollution Prevention and Mitigation Measures (LDP2M2) recommended in the EIA report and approval conditions (COAs) into action.

ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY MONITORING (EQM)

Environmental quality monitoring is an exercise that must be conducted based on EIA and EMP requirement to details out the air quality, water quality, noise level, vibration level and other environmental related parameters during construction or implementation of a project.

DOE WRITTEN NOTIFICATION AND DECLARATION (KB)

DOE written notification and declaration are an application to fulfill requirement in Environmental Quality (Clean Air) Regulations 2014 focusing on air pollution control system in chimney, fuel burning equipment, furnace and incinerator. It is a mandatory application to DOE involving any equipments that will have air emission to open space.

EROSION AND SEDIMENT CONTROL (ESCP)

Erosion and Sediment Control Plan (ESCP) is the submission made to the Department of Irrigation and Drainage. This report is the key to managing erosion and sediment on construction sites. It is produced in accordance with Urban Stormwater Management Manual for Malaysia (MSMA 2nd Edition). ESCP can only be prepared by a qualified consultant .
