We work closely with the Department of Environment (DOE) Malaysia via Capai Cerah Sdn Bhd, an accredited Environmental Impact Assessment Consultant company. MSK & Associates Sdn Bhd is a subsidiary of CCSB (Capai Cerah Sdn Bhd) and the company mostly undertakes medium to small projects. For larger projects, however, CCSB generally forms consortium with companies and complete the job, if any assigned in collaboration with others. BHD. was incorporated in 1995 as a private limited company primarily involved in the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and relevant baseline environmental studies including environmental monitoring and auditing. The prime objective is to prepare environmental impact assessment reports and relevant studies which are mandatory for prescribed activities being spelt out under section 34A of the ‘Environmental Quality Act 1974, amendment 1995’. Since its incorporation in 1995, MSK & ASSOCIATES SDN. BHD.has completed wide range of studies such as preliminary and baseline EIA, environmental quality management (EQM), environmental monitoring and auditing and detailed environmental impact assessment. The studies completed are those of industrial, commercial, mines and quarries and residential and offshore oil and gas development projects.
